Does the hotel have connected rooms?

Yes, two of the COMFORT rooms are interconnected… Perfect for families!

Do rooms have en suite bathrooms?

Yes, all rooms have a small but full bathroom, some of them with a bathtub and others with a shower.

What is the total size of the rooms in square metres?

COMFORT rooms are about 20 square metres. SUPERIOR rooms are about 30 square metres.

Are  kitchenettes well-equipped so that we can use them?

They are fully equipped with all the pots and pans, glasses, plates etc. that you may need, but you can always ask for any extra utensils during your stay.

Can I make tea or coffee in my own room?

Yes, there is a kettle & a coffee maker in all rooms for your convenience.

 Are there any international TV channels?

Yes, there are several international channels in English, French, German, Italian, russian and other languages.

Is there any hairdryer in the bathroom? And an iron?

Yes, all bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer. We can provide you with an iron and an ironing board without any extra charge.

Do rooms feature a double bed or twin beds?

There are rooms of all types both fitted with a double bed and twin beds.

Are there any bathroom accessories in the room?

Yes, you will find several amenities in your room: shower gel-shampoo, tissues, body milk etc.

Is there any a music system?

All rooms are equipped with a stereo System as well as a DVD/CD player, in case you want to bring along your favourite music.

Will my laptop computer fit in the safe?

YYes, the safe is large enough for your laptop to fit in (13-15″). It is free of charge and it works by entering your own made-up code.

What does  breakfast include?

We serve a continental buffet-style breakfast that includes: coffee, tea, several types of bread, rolls, cold cuts, yogurts and other dairy products, cereals, jam, fruit, pastries, Spanish omelette, freshly-squeezed juice, etc. However, if you prefer to just have a ‘basic breakfast’ (coffee and a pastry), you will only be billed for this concept.

Does the hotel have rooms adapted for handicapped people?

We have 1 adapted room for handicapped clients. If you want to reserve this room, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can keep it for you.

Is there any restaurant?

No, the hotel has a small cafe that is attached to the garden for breakfast and drinks. However, there is a wide range of restaurants of all types nearby in the neighbourhood.

Is breakfast included in the price?

No. Breakfast is not included in the room price. Having said that, there is a special offer if you book on our official website

Is the hotel close to transport / the centre / Las Ramblas? 

FONTANA metro station (Line 3) is right at the end of the street and it will take you to the historic centre in just 5 minutes (Plaça Catalunya). Alternatively, it is only a nice 30 minutes’ stroll along Passeig de Gracia. We are located in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood, and yet extremely central. You can find all types of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and entertainment as well as all means of transport nearby.

Does the hotel have WI-FI coverage?

Yes, the entire hotel has FREE Wi-Fi available. In the lobby there is also an Internet corner that is totally FREE of charge.

Is there always someone at reception?

Yes, the reception is open 24 hours a day.

Can we reserve a parking space?

There is no need to book a parquing space in advance as there are usually enough spaces and they are filled up as customers arrive. There are about 22 parking spaces for 49 rooms.

Are pets allowed at the hotel?

We are sorry, but pets are not admitted.

Does the hotel comply with official measures for fire protection?

Yes, the hotel has the due permits and it has fire detection and extinction systems, as well as other preventive and emergency measures in order to guarantee your protection.

What is check-in time? And check-out time?

Check-in on the first day is from 1.00 PM and check-out on the last day is at 11:00 AM.

My flight / train is leaving later. Can I use the room a little later than 11:00?

Yes, whenever it is possible. Notify reception about your needs and we will do our best to satisfy your request. Whenever possible we can offer you the use your room until 19:00 in the evening, paying for half a day.

Do children have to pay?

Children from 0 to 2 years of age are totally free and the hotel can supply a travel crib for free as well. Children from 2 to 12 years old pay a reduced rate. And children older than 12 years are charged the full adult rates.

The hotel does not admit minors who are not accompanied by their parents or guardians.
