Does the hotel have connected rooms?

Yes, two of the COMFORT rooms are interconnected… Perfect for families!

Do the rooms have en suite bathrooms?

Yes, all of the rooms have a small but full bathroom. Some with bathtubs and others with showers.

What is the size of the rooms in square metres?

The COMFORT room styles are some 20 square metres. The SUPERIOR rooms are about 30 square metres.

Are the kitchenettes equipped so we can use them?

They are equipped with a minimum of utensils, but you can ask for anything you need during your stay.

Can I make my coffee / tea in my own room?

Yes, there is a kettle & coffee maker in all rooms if you want to make yourself a coffee or tea.

 Are there international TV channels?

Yes, there are several international channels on TV in English, French, German, Italian, russian….

Is there a hair dryer in the bathroom? And an iron?

Yes, in all of our rooms you will find a hair dryer in the bathroom. If you need an iron, it wil be supplied without any charge.

Do the rooms have double beds or single beds?

SUPERIOR rooms have 2 single beds or 1 double bed.  COMFORT TERRACE rooms have 2 single beds.  COMFORT rooms: Some have double beds and others have 2 single beds.

Are there bathroom accessories in the room?

Yes, you will find several amenities in your room: gel-shampoo, tissues, body-milk,…

And a music system?

All our rooms are equipped with a stereo system if you want to bring your favourite music with you as well as a DVD/CD reader.

Will my laptop computer fit in the safe?

Yes, the safe is free to use and you programme the code. The size is large enough so that your laptop will fit in. (13-15″)

What is for breakfast?

We serve a buffet-style continental breakfast that includes: coffee, tea, toast, rolls, cold cuts, yoghurts, cereal, fruit, croissants and other baked goods, juices.. However, if you would like to just have the ‘basic breakfast’ (coffee and pastry), you will only be billed for this concept.

Does the hotel have rooms adapted for handicapped people?

We have 1 room adapted for handicapped clients. If you want to reserve this room, please let us know as early as possible so that we can reserve this room for you.

Is there a restaurant?

No, the hotel has a small bar that is attached to the garden for breakfasts and drinks. However, there are a wide range of restaurants of all types nearby in the neighbourhood.

Is breakfast included in the price of the rooms?

No. Breakfast is not included in the room price.

Is the hotel close to transport / the centre / Las Ramblas? 

The hotel is located next to the FONTANA metro station, which will take you in 10 minutes (3 stops) to the historic centre (Plaza Catalunya). Walking from the hotel (a nice stroll along Paseo de Gracia) can take some 25-30 minutes. We are located in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood, but extremely central. You can find all types of shops, restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets here… and all transport systems right here as well for any travel or trips.

Does the hotel have WI-FI coverage?

Yes, the entire hotel has FREE Wi-Fi available. As well as, in the lobby there is an Internet corner that is totally FREE.

Is there always someone at reception?

Yes, the reception service is 24 hours a day.

Can we reserve a parking space?

The parking spaces cannot be reserved and are filled up as customers arrive. There is normally no problem about enough spaces. We have some 22 parking spaces for 49 rooms.

Are animals allowed at the hotel?

We are sorry, but animals are not admitted.

Does the hotel comply with official measures for fire protective equipment?

Yes, the hotel has the due permits and has fire detection and extinction systems, as well as other preventive and emergency measures in order to guarantee your protection.

What is check-in time? And check-out time?

Check-in on the first day is after 1.00 PM and check-out the last day is at 11:00 AM.

My flight / train is leaving later. Can I use the room a little later than 11:00?

Yes. Notify reception about your needs and we will do what we can to satisfy your request. Whenever possible, we can offer you the use your room until 19:00 in the evening, paying a half rate:

Do children have to pay?

Children from 0 to 2 years of age are totally free and the hotel can supply a travel crib for free as well. Children from 2 to 12 years of age pay a reduced rate. And children older than 12 years of age are charged adult rates.

Policy about Minors

The hotel does not admit minors who are not accompanied by their parents or guardians.
